At noon on September 6th, Cai Jun, deputy secretary of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Commission, met with the delegates to the annual Animation Art Week.

Cai said that Changzhou has been actively seizing the opportunity of China’s Belt and Road Initiative to explore and expand international cooperation through both going out and bringing in. He hoped that this event will further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with countries on the land-based Silk Road Economic Belt and the oceangoing Maritime Silk Road, enhance the gathering of talent, speed up the development of digital technology, and accelerate the development of the cultural and creative industries in Changzhou.
