The State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT) released The Notice of Recommending 2011 Chinese Excellent Cartoons, the original cartoons Cookie Police and Economic Garden received the honors. So far, Changzhou has 16 cartoons honored the titles of Chinese Excellent Cartoons.

Cookie Police, 52 episodes, was produced by Changzhou Jiangtong Animation Co., Ltd., telling a story taking place in a cookie city.

Economic Garden, 52 episodes, was produced by Jiangsu Carloon Animation Co., Ltd. It is the first economic education cartoon for the children in China. The cartoon will first broadcast on CCTV Children Channel on June 2 and then broadcast on provincial animation channels and children channels in succession.  

There are 19 cartoons honored 2011 Chinese Excellent Cartoons all over the countries.
