On January 29th, the meeting of national smart city pilot foundation work organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People鈥檚 Republic of China was held in Beijing. At the meeting, the first batch of national smart city pilots was published. Jiangsu province has 9 cities and districts selected, namely, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Taizhou, Nanjing Hexi District, SuzhouIndustrial Park, New South District of Yancheng, Huaqiao Economic and Technology Development Zone and Zhangpu Town of Kunshan.
