Recently, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial Government released the list of Service Centers for Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2017. Changzhou Science and Education Town is on the list.

At present, there are more than 500 overseas Chinese and returned overseas students working in Changzhou Science and Education Town. In recent years, the Town has been actively seeking for the best connections between outstanding overseas personnel and the innovation and entrepreneurship platform, in order to attract overseas Chinese investment and talent, and drive the transformation, upgrading, innovation and development of overseas Chinese affairs in Changzhou.

A comprehensive system serving the overseas Chinese and returned overseas students has been established, based on which various policies, such as reducing tax and rent, have been fulfilled to support their innovation and entrepreneurship programs.
